Enough about me – How do YOU make money online?
Hey everyone,
I know it’s common to talk a lot about one’s self in a blog such as this. At the same time I do my very best to provide value to everyone who visits my blog. I visit all of my commentors blogs and have found the same to be true.
I’ve also learned that many bloggers who have visited my blog are looking to meet and work with like minded people as well as learn something new. That is my #1 goal at this point in my business venture…. to provide value to all of you and to meet and connect with like minded individuals who share the same passions.
Let’s change things up a bit…
So… I’m going to change things a bit and instead of talking about my experiences, I would like to hear from you. Feel free to give as much or as little detail about yourself as you feel comfortable. I am really interested in getting to know you and discovering how I might be able to help you as well as how we might be able to help each other out.
How long have you been in the internet marketing game?
If you are completely new, how can I be of help?
What is your niche, or your most profitable niche?
What have you struggled with?
What have you overcome?
Why did you choose to start making money online?
How long did it take you before you actually made your first bit of profit?
If you haven’t made money yet, how long have you been trying, what are you struggling with?
If you could change one thing about how you started, what would it be and why?
There is no pressure… if you are new and have not yet made any money, you are not alone. Many of us have struggled and many of us still do. I and many others are here to help you succeed.
If you are new to internet marketing and have your blog or site up, leave your link in the comments and I will be sure to drop by and leave you a comment. We are all in this together and we should all be willing to help each other out. This way we will all succeed!
One last question for those successful internet marketers…
What is one piece of advice you can give a new internet marketer to help them overcome failure?
I really enjoy getting to know each and every one of you!

Hi Jeremy,
I started my blog a year ago and I had no prior online knowledge before I started. It has been a year of hard work and learning as much as I can about making money online.
I have a coaching service that I am working on bringing me some freelance income. Earning online is not easy at first and I am in awe of those online entrepreneurs who make 10′s of thousands of dollars a month.

Hi Justin,
Thanks for sharing. What would you say is the number one thing that has helped you to succeed throughout your journey?
Is your coaching service active? Or is it still a work in progress? I would love to go check it out.
I have to agree with you about being envious of those internet marketers who make serious income online. That is why so many begin their online businesses… it can be a bit overwhelming at times and frustrating, which is why so many give up.
My advice —> DON’T GIVE UP!
I’m here to help, and I’m sure Justin here will help anyone out who is struggling to make money online.
Thanks Justin,
~Jeremy

I actually wrote a post on this topic some time ago. I make the most consistent money online through one of my blogs and people paying to advertise on it. Over the years I’ve had someone find a blog and contact me for something, but unfortunately that’s been pretty sporadic. I also have one website that was making great money until the last Panda update, and though it’s dropped 66% it’s still my biggest money maker overall.

Hey Mitch,
It’s always good to hear from other marketers and to see how everyone else is doing. It can be very difficult starting out as you may know.
It sounds like you got hit pretty hard by the Panda update. Have you made changes to that site to recover some of your lost traffic? Even though you got hit hard by Google, you are actually pretty lucky since some sites were completely wiped off the Google grid completely.
Keep in touch,
~Jeremy

Hey Jeremy,
Now this is a different type of post for sure. I’m not great at talking about myself really but let me give it a try.
I’m a native Texan, I reside in Houston and have lived here 22 years. I’ve been online since March of 2007 and stumbled my way through trying to figure this place out. You name it, I’ve done it with not much success I’m afraid.
I began with network marketing but failed mainly due to my mindset. I wasn’t there quite yet so it was no one’s fault but my own. I started doing affiliate marketing and make a good income from that but my heart wasn’t really in it. I ventured back into network marketing last April and love what it affords me.
I mainly brand myself on my blog where I enjoy meeting people and sharing with them what I’ve learned that has helped me move forward in this business.
That’s my story in a round about way and I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to share a little about where we are now. I do know that if you sitck with it, it will all come back to you. Just give freely and enjoy the ride, even when you think it’s not working.
Have a great week.

Reading an article as personal as this is not only inspiring, but it truly brings out the personal aspect of blogging. Thanks so much for the post Jeremy. It, as well as the replies you have received only add to my own “kick in the butt”. I am new to blogging and boy O’ boy I need more personal blogs to read like yours. Thanks again!
